About Graphene
Graphite, which is commonly used in pencil, is a structure in which planes in which carbons are arranged like honeycomb hexagonal nets are layered, and one layer of graphite is called graphene. Based on various advantages such as high electrical conductivity, high electron mobility, and high strength, it is attracting attention as a new material that can be applied to various fields such as high-speed semiconductors, bending displays, and high-efficiency solar cells.
  • A new dream material in which carbon atoms are honeycomb lattice-shaped and two-dimensional planar structure
  • In 2004, physicists Geim and Novoselov won the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics for separating only graphene from graphite

Manufacturing of graphene
Methods of manufacturing graphene include a mechanical exfoliation method that separates graphene from graphite by the adhesive force of scotch tape, and a chemical vapor deposition method, which are the first methods of discovering graphene by Professor Geim and Novoselov in 2004.
  • Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD) Process
  • The manufacturing method of CVD(film) GrapheneLab Co., Ltd. uses CVD, which is synthesized on the metal surface using carbon gas at high temperatures, and its biggest advantage is that it can be made in a large area and high quality. ※ Large Area(more than 300x400) CVD graphene films produced by GrapheneLab Co., Ltd. can be supplied in various forms such as PET, Si02 Wafer, PI, Glass and graphene films of various sizes in a large area such as 1600x900, 500x600, 300x400 can be supplied. Currently 1600x900 size could only be manufactured and supplied from GrapheneLab Co., Ltd.
